I worked with Madeleine on restoring my great grandmother's ring. It was a beautiful piece, but needed a lot of love and restoration. She was absolutely wonderful to work with the whole way through: answering all of my questions, offering advice, selecting a stone... everything my mom and I were hoping for and more.

Amazing service

Suzette and Chuck (really the whole team!) were fantastic to work with. After years of not finding quite what I was looking for I came into their shop as quite a “difficult” client (in my own eyes). Suzette helped me work through exactly the vision I had for the perfect wedding set after losing 40 pounds and previously having a few settings that were no longer fitting. She was patient but honest, which is truly the best combination when making such a big decision! It was an excellent experience and I am thrilled to have found the jeweler that I will use for years to come!

The staff here are amazing! I took an heirlooms piece in the be cleaned an appraised. They took extra time and care during my drop off, making me feel comfortable with the process and took the same care with explaining everything to me at pick up. Thank you all so much.
