Carla and the whole team at Simply Majestic were recommended to me by a good friend when I started the process of shopping for an engagement ring. I had no idea where to start and began by reaching out to ask questions. Carla was quick to respond, helpful with questions and set up a time to meet that worked with my schedule. During the process of designing the ring she made me feel so comfortable it was like talking with an old friend. I never felt rushed, pressured, or upsold throughout the whole process. Simply Majestic is simply a gem of a store. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating. I recently bought two rings there and both wonderful experiences. Suzette and Chuck (really the whole team!) were fantastic to work with. After years of not finding quite what I was looking for I came into their shop as quite a “difficult” client (in my own eyes). Suzette helped me work through exactly the vision I had for the perfect wedding set after losing 40 pounds and previously having a few settings that were no longer fitting. She was patient but honest, which is truly the best combination when making such a big decision! I came here looking for help on creating a little charm with a picture of my baby nephew, and they were able to order me something I wanted. They helped me with every aspect and my order surpassed my expectations. Also, when the gold necklace chain I ordered was slightly damaged soon after getting it, they offered to replace it free of charge and I had a new chain in less than 2 days. I have been shopping at Majestic's for about a decade now. Their staff is top notch. They have merchandise that varies in price which can accommodate customers of all different economic backgrounds. They keep up with the new trends while also having traditional pieces. They have a goldsmith on the premises who can make custom made pieces for those who enjoy unique jewelry. Also, the goldsmith can repair or size your jewelry, so you can wear those pieces again. They are located in Mystic, but they have a parking lot, so you don't have to park on the street. I highly recommend this jewelry store.
