Simply Majestic is committed to providing quality pieces for life.  We provide a working warranty for all bridal pieces sold. This warranty includes any quality issues from improper manufacturing of the ring such as design flaws or defect.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

If you are unsure if a problem falls within the warranty, please reach out to a member of our staff on how to proceed. 

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Simply Majestic will void this warranty. In addition regular maintenance such as cleaning and checking of stones must be performed by a Simply Majestic professional every six months.   

Refund Policy

All Fine Jewelry is ineligible for cash return after 7 days of purchase.  All refunds within 90 days will be converted to a store credit pending a quality check on the item.
